I can't see anything villian gets to the river to bluff with, except maybe AdQd, which he probably would have bet/raised flop or turn with.

Thats true, but I'm not sure if a villian who hasn't gotten out of line would turn JJ into a bluff here?

Yeah that's why it's an instacall for me, even if it is 4 to a straight and some irritating set possibilities.

ae6 regarding your hand:;

what would you say the advantages are in b3b here instead of a checkraise? since the preflop raiser is in the middle, if he has an overpair he'll cbet, the other guy might call with some weak midpair/toppair/random weak draw...and then you can checkraise and trap his dead money in the pot. by going for the b3b line here you arent making use of your relative position.

thats not to say i dont sometimes bet here but maybe i shouldnt?

also: what hands that call the double barrel on the turn will fold to the river shove you think?

yeah you might be right that c/r is better here. i think i have a tendency to default to b3b in multiway pots. this probably developed b/c i'm nittishly scared about giving a free card when i flop a set, but i spose that doesn't apply as much to combo draw hands.

i already knew this guy was kind of a donk, so as for hands that call flop+turn but fold river i think we can include all draws, 99-QQ, maybe even some kind of 98 or T8 hand.
