You saw it the exact same way I did and pretty much mirrored my thoughts above. I too think Kellie was the worst but isn't ready to leave yet. Paris should be gone.

On a side note, I have never tried to phone in before. I wanted to support Kat as I think the judges were unfair. She was very good tonight. I have not been able to get through in an hour and a half on either number they gave out tonight. I just keep getting a busy signal. Is this normal? I am in AZ which is Pacific time zone and the show aired 1.5 hours ago so I assume voting is still open for me.

Katherine - Jeebus I love this broad. Sadly, the judges were right and the song was bigger than her. Nice cans though.

Elliot - Again, a great singer, great song choice, but there's just nothing spectacular or interesting about this guy. That said, he bought himself another week.

Kellie - Painful as usual, and her dumb blonde act gets exponentially more excruciating every week.

Paris - Awesome singer, but she always comes off like a little girl playing dress up. I realize that she *is* a little girl ...

Taylor - I had high expectations for this after the teaser they showed pre-song ... he fell flat, very average, very boring.

Chris - I can't get over the fact that I see this guy as a rip-off of the lame 90's band from York, PA "Live". If I step away from that, I'll agree he did a good job tonight, but I still see him as one-dimensional and with nowhere near the talent of anyone left (except Kellie).

IMO ...

Bottom Three: Kellie, Kat, Paris

Paris goes home.

Although Kellie was the worst and it wasn't even close, she's safe for another couple weeks. Two words ...

gap between paris and kellie down to 2.5 "DI points" fwiw. This may be a dick thing to say or whatever but I'd say the chances of kellie's fans using the DI program is much greater than paris' fans using it if you catch my drift.

I seriously doubt Kellie's fans are aware they can do anything like that with their email machines.

I think there's a very outside chance (maybe 1%-2% that Elliot could slip in to the #3 spot over either, but its far outside, despite him having the best male vocal by far in the history of the competition.

[/ QUOTE ]

So then you'll have no problem laying me 40-1 that Elliott makes top 3 right?

[/ QUOTE ]

If you look at my position on Elliott in the thread in Sports Betting, you'd see that I'm a believer in Elliott and have money from week one on him to win it all. I'm certainly not interested in fading him in the slightest.

You said he has a 2% chance at best to make the final 3, which is idiotic.

I don't care what the judges thought. They haven't liked anyone so far besides Elliot. And I thought Elliot was just so-so.

[/ QUOTE ]

Couldn't agree more, I thought Kat was amazing tonight.
