[/ QUOTE ] Calling Shawn a "Cinderella" story is a joke the guy has been playing high limit poker for a long time. He is a better poker player then more than half the field. Ted Forrest moves all in from the button and Chris Ferguson calls. Forrest shows Kc-7d and Ferguson has Qc-Jd. The flop comes Kd-Qh-2h and Forrest stays ahead. The turn is the 4d and the river is Kh. Chris Ferguson has been eliminated.
Chris Ferguson earns $250,000 for his second place finish. Ted Forrest wins the tournament and $500,000. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Ted Forrest is the [censored] man.

The tournament was pretty much decided on this hand. Pathetic suckout for Forrest. Tough break for Jesus.

I'm not one to linger on bad beats, but remember, Forrest was all-in vs Durack preflop with ATo vs AA and chopped. Amazing what a great player with an extra life.
