Sklansky\'s Christian/Math Challenge

According to David Sklansky's Wikipedia page, he has a standing offer to pay $50,000 to whoever can pass a lie detector then beat him in a math test.

Any idea how many people have tried, and also, who made the math test up? Is it on Sklansky made? Does it change from person to person? ect?
Any info would be useful.
