My poker roll is now 20k.

Bet it all on black. Try to find a european roulette instead of an american roulette.

Maybe a read-through of Barry Greenstein's book would get him on the right track discipline-wise.

doubtful. bg strongly advocates taking shots. kurosh seems very willing to take this approach.

Money management is key. If you cannot play with your own money you should not play.

Comments like this from people too afraid to take a shot and this discussion in general totally reminded me of this: Picture Kurosh as Tony now...

"What you lookin' at? You all a bunch of [censored] [censored]. You know why? You don't have the guts to be what you wanna be? You need people like me. You need people like me so you can point your [censored] fingers and say, "That's the bad guy." So... what that make you? Good? You're not good. You just know how to hide, how to lie. Me, I don't have that problem. Me, I always tell the truth. Even when I lie. So say good night to the bad guy! Come on. The last time you gonna see a bad guy like this again, let me tell you. Come on. Make way for the bad guy. There's a bad guy comin' through! Better get outta his way!"

Comments like this remind me of all the players I have met over the last 20 years that I no longer see at any poker tournament or in any poker room. They are broke and wondering what went wrong. So I prefer comments by players like Doyle Brunson who when asked about "the crew" in 2004 said "anyone can win for a tournament or a series or a year but lets see how they are doing 5 years from now.
shots need to be taken by people with good eyesight who know who they are shooting at!

Will Kurosh keep his options open??? Or will he end up humping a crappy job like all the other rounders who forgot the cardinal [censored] rule and didn't leave themselves outs?
