This is a well-executed idea and seems to be starting off in a magnificent fashion. I have some driving/traffic/commute related nittery I kind of want to discuss, but I'm not going to start any threads until I have something really interesting to contribute, which I think is the whole idea. I've been considering starting a thread where posters post pictures from their commute, once I take some interesting ones from my drive I think I'll do that.

plus Im just annoyed by having to come up with different words for penis and breasts because [censored] and [censored] are censored. Lets be honest, I dont care what your standards are, no one wants to read posts full of medical terms [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] There are also a lot of other stupid terms that are censored that shouldnt be. And in many posts instead of just consturctively giving your thoughts and input you spend your time having to edit and come up with some word the stupid profanity filter likes simply because a [censored] can be read as like 100 different things and you can easily be misunderstood.

Eld already said something about hoping to learn more about real estate soon. Could we get a thread started on REITs? I made a post in the finance forum but its a pretty low volume forum, and a thread here could help alot of people who know basically nothing but want to learn more. REITs seem like a great place to learn a bit about the financials behind real estate for a cheap price.

even if one were to make enough of a stretch to call me a quality poster, theres no doubt my thread starting abilities suck when they don't involve naked pictures of ex's. i would like to indefinitely continue being off the list, so that i don't unintentionally make a thread that sucks.
