Man they gotta run that ball in. The field is too short. THere is no room to make a connection through the air. Just give it to Addai once more.

There's nothing wrong with play action there. It just didn't work this time.

Kicking the field goal on 4th down is awful there, but I don't think it matters. Colts are probably going to win this game.

2 things. 1 I love how manning crys about his team, when clearly hes at fault for bad throws, and 2 is a question. For the stat people here, say a QB throws 1 pass. If they go 0/1 on the pass, or they go 1/1, but the pass is for negative yards, would the 1/1 for negative yards be a positive QB rating or would it be 0?

My friend is offering me a $10 bet for LJ over 135 rushing yards. Should I do it?

Why are you guys assuming he's crying about his team? It seemed natural that Manning would be upset at himself for a poor throw and that was the impression I got.

Holy drunken Hyperbole batman! Noodlman was posting on the sauce last night!

Putting Dallas Clark in the same range as Gonzo and Gates is a stretch but I stand by the part about the big name TEs playing on teams with shoddy WRs.

Also, lets get some more love for Bryan Fletcher. That guy is awesome and doesn't get the ball near enough.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think a big part of this is that if you have an elite tight end, having top wide receivers isn't as important as if you don't. The same holds for wide receivers, if you have an excellent group of wide receivers why would you use money on a top pass-catching tight end instead of elsewhere?
