Where are all these big RB %'s coming from, 30%+? I play 3/6 nl (6max). I'm a supernova and earn <23% RB (FPPs valued as 1.6C).

Needless to say, I feel that is terrible.

[/ QUOTE ]

i got 27% at 1/2 nl (6max) in 80k hands in december with the same FPP value.

I'm not trying to challenge peoples intentions at all, since I play an [censored] load of hands. But 1 million vpp's is an absolutely insane number.

I don't think it would even be possible for anyone who plays MTT's..period. The only people who could obtain 1 million would be a 2-4 or 3-6nl multi tabler, a guy who 6+ tables 5/10LHE+, or a guy who 16 tables SNG's or something. No big vacations, no weeks off, nothing.

[/ QUOTE ]

Didn't scotty say that the highest VPP achieved in 2006, was roughly 1.5 million?

I'm positive someone hit 1 mil because PS had something about it on their pop up screen one day with a link to it. I think it was ELKY but it might have been someone else. What do you think approximate RB would be once you reach 1mil. 400% is nice. I also think this would be much cooler if it was any 1 yr period or something. I'm going to Spain in 2 weeks and will be gone for 6months and prob wont get to play too much so all of these are pretty much unobtainable for me,

Elky said on another forum that he ended 2006 with roughly 1.5 million VPP.

If 10 SNEs are playing 25¢/50¢ FL holdem at the same table, and max out the rake (40¢) on every hand, they will each receive 5 FPPs a hand. At 1.6¢ per FPP, that is 200% rakeback.

Cool, we'll have to organize this game when there are 10 SNEs. I suggest cap it up on every street and just see what happens.

I'm pretty sure that anyone who hits SNE isn't going to care much about 8c/hand :]

I dont see how or why anyone would alter their play to accomodate this.

The increase in benefits is worth a lot. But not relative to what you'll otheriwse be making if you're good at poker.

If you're that concerned about an increase in RB benefits, there are better sites to play at where you get better than 50% without having to reach ANY milestones.
