How many hours per week would you say that you put into your business?
How many hours for you wife?
How many hours for your hired help?

Additionally, if you had to start your business over, would there be anything you would do differently when you first started??

How do you make so much from shipping? Do you have a cut rate deal with UPS or FE? If not where do you get all the shipping boxes?

Not that this is totally impossible for a business of the OPs size, but when I ran a smaller scale ebay biz I would just ask my local walmart to save some larger boxes for me. I could then tailor that cardboard to my needed demensions, tape it up, then ship it. It saves TONS on packaging. (it also helps knowing someone who works there, preferably mgmt.)

Do you calculate the shipping cost first, then add ~$6 to it? Which shipping services do you use and why?

[/ QUOTE ]

I use usps only, and we average 5-10 handling per item.

WE use calculator on line and add 5 to 10 bucks for handling per item. I get free prioirity boxes as does anyone else. For first class I buy in 1000 ct gross so its not bad.
