If this is a 12 man league A. Green would be a steal from the FA pile, if this is an 8 man league he is still a very good pickup but probably would be primary back up.

Peyton should be your every-week starter no matter who he is playing.

In a ten-team league, you will be able to grab a serviceable QB for Indy's bye week. There's no need to carry Brees. I'd grab Green as insurance/trade material.
