3. Sickest bad beat you've ever taken.

[/ QUOTE ]
One of my first real shots at NL200 sitting 250BB deep I flopped top boat and he flopped quads. That one was pretty ugly.

[/ QUOTE ]
Could you define your version of "bad beat" for me?
The (admittedly extremely ugly) beat you've mentioned doesn't fit into my version of a bad beat, unless, of course, you went all-in preflop while ahead.

PS: I know, I'm a frikkin nit picker.

Fine, that's just the worst hand that I thought of. Worst beat is probably something runner runner to beat my flopped set deep in a donkament or something. I can't remember.

I had a 4.5 buyin downswing last night. Do I suck at poker?

I really have been considering bonus whoring as you discussed. I have been reluctant because I have a fair amount of mined data at party, Sixth Sense (the greatest thing since fire), and a decent buddy list. I just started NL this month (6max) and worked a $225 roll up to 1K over 11K hands. I currently play $50NL. Would bonus whoring be of value, or should I keep working up towards $200NL the old fashioned way?

Review your hands and see if you made mistakes. 4.5 buy-ins could be variance.

I don't bonuswhore with poker because I find it terribly boring and too much of a hassle. But I did make about $2.5k in one month casinowhoring so you might want to give that a try. Check out the Intenet bonuses forum for more info.

When I move to the UK I'm going to start following it more. Tentatively I guess I support Man United but I don't really care any which way.

Tevez = a great catch. Haven't heard of the other guy.

What are your long term goals in Poker? When you took a shot at 400 nl do you feel like your were underbankrolled to play the game and it is just a matter of time to get there, or did you feel out of your league?

And also, I've met some Swedish people and can testify that that is an accurate representation of the Swedish man.

So I get your bankroll if I win and you get mine if you win? That's like hugely +EV for me.

If you're going to call me kit I prefer Kitt, but whatever.
