all your mentalities are all [censored] up. iirc, you ran hot as hell the last few months, going from a 2/4 player to crushing 5/10. don't lose sight of that so fast. there's so much focus on RESULTS here, with people posting graphs and screenshots everytime they have a good day. i'm sure half of you check pokertracker every 3 minutes while in a session. these things don't matter. you sit there and stare at pokertracker, gawking at those pretty, big green numbers. just stop. it makes running bad 1000 times worse. stop focusing on the things that don't matter. just play poker and let the results take care of themselves. i've done more bitching about running bad than just about anyone, so i'm far from perfect, but i can't imagine how much more miserable i'd be if i was still focusing on my results. just play poker and the results will take care of themselves. and never lose sight of your good runs. don't wallow in your downswings, but instead be thankful for those heaters, and look toward your next one, and i promise losing will become much more manageable

3/6 has been my main game for a long time, only recently moving up to 5/10. december was a breakeven month with very little play but i did run very hot in jan. i agree a lot with what you say, and i feel like i normally deal with the swings very well. it's just this month has been much worse than normal, where i literally can't book a winning session. my play while not A+ has been pretty good i think, although it has been deteriorating lately because when i sit down to play i'm not in a good mindset. i think i'm going to drop down a couple levels for a while and just try to get back to my A game. i appreciate the comments, and i know there's a lot of bitching going on and no one wants to hear it, sometimes it just sucks and it helps a little to vent to other people that can understand. my roommate/gf/friends/etc. don't really understand what i do.
