[ QUOTE ]
i was close to 60 40 fav on that hand, i just wish i wasnt 150 bbs deeps! [/ QUOTE ] sounds like someone needs to play some PLO to learn to love 60/40s, once he gets to the flop you can't fault his shove |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] NO ONE IS RUNNING WORSE THAN I AM ON 1/2 NL ON FTP [/ QUOTE ] You've played 33k hands in the last 21 days, and you 12-table?? When you play one-two hours a day, those downswings are going to seem a lot longer man. Grind it out. Don't tilt. [/ QUOTE ] Thanks for your kind words. -3.5 buyins already today. Just got AK v AA in bvb for 60bb. Guy with A2 flops two pair against my AQ of course. Can't hit that runner spade draw either. I did hit a 2 outer against someone though, too bad he only had a 15bb stack. That's how I run bad - in every facet. Hands I outdraw on are against shortstacks. I usually get in as a favorite (or a huge cooler dog) so how am I supposed to let variance catch up to me? Seriously I'm going fo [censored] can myself. [/ QUOTE ] Post your stats for the downswing, maybe theres something we can help you out with. I used to play 6 max where the swings were brutal so I know how you feel. Just hang in there. Good luck. |

just got my KK v AA ai pf for 150bb pot. theoretically, I should get AA v KK as often as I get KK v AA..
think about someone who runs good, gets AA v KK 4 times in a row without getting KK v AA. Then when they get KK and run into AA, they hit their K. So much a difference in winrate. And since variance has no memory, they are just as likely to get AA v KK as visa versa. winge [censored] winge here are stats as of yesterday..same nit [censored] except a lil tighter than normal.. loads of my pairs still aren't profitable after these many hands. Feels like anytime I really want to hit a set in a 3way pot where they are strong pf I'll miss.
