My stats are near identical. I cbet quite a bit and don't fire many second barrels because they rarely work at 50NL, so my flop AF is way higher than my turn AF.

I've got a lot of time on my hands and I need to do some goal setting for the rest of the summer. I've been thinking about this one for a while: I want to be one of the top 10 NL100 players on party by the end of August. To do this I'll probably need a 7PTBB/100 winrate or so. I haven't played enough hands at NL100 to really have a good feel for my winrate, but I imagine it's around 2.5-3 PTBB/100 right now. Is this at all a realistic goal?

I am sure its attainable and probably a good goal to set. I dont know if playing a ton is the best way to do it. I know personally if i log a ton of hands day after day I don't really feel like I am getting better. Sometimes it makes you just start auto-piloting and I start playing the same hands the same way over and over... Not a great way to improve your winrate. That's me though

so I run about 18/16 to 20/17, and my turn and river aggression seem low. They're 1.93 and 1.29 respectively, my total postflop aggression factor is around 3.9. Is this out of whack? [/ QUOTE ] mine are higher. I run somewhat similar but I over the long haul it looks like I'm playing mostly 20/17 which probably isn't a good thing but I dunno. Your river AF is much close to mine than your turn AF, and yeah its probably a result of me firing turns much lighter. I dunno pretty hard to tell you how to raise ur turn and river aggression, I just looked one day and was like "Holy [censored]! my turn and river AF are huge lolzers awesome!" |
