I really don't know what I'am doing wrong right now, and I really need some helpful advice. Here are my PT stats, take a look at them and tell me what you think. I'm not sure if I'm just running bad or what, so yeah if you can get anything off these numbers that would be great, thanks.

It's marginal/bad if you expect a raise, just marginal if there's a substantial chance that there will be a raise and marginal/fine if you expect no raise the majority of the time.
Maybe I'm conditioned by my play on Everest in the last months but I find many situations for plays like these. |
