Prodigy,

88 Vs. QQ hand is played terribly.

It was not used to try to extract value, but for him to re-raise AI with QQ/KK/AA.

[/ QUOTE ]

Dude, these hands are gonna come along to a normal raise like 99% of the time. What happens when he has AA/KK/QQ and just calls and the turn is the 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and you freeze up your action or get bluffed off the best hand?

This is the second hand I've seen of yours where you do a high risk maneuver to hopefully achieve 1 specific outcome vs. a totally low standard maneuver with a MUCH better overall result.

Your turn bet is also terrible.

That's only for the -Skeme- account. If I stare at her picture for too long I begin to become obsessed and it eats away at too much of my time. It's a sickness, brah.. a sickness.

Agree with Prhesh.

I happen to be the villain in this hand.

Prodigy, would love to hear why you think I'm not a good player? Hopefully I didn't missplay this hand too badly.

See you at the tables.

Sorry,

Did not in any way mean to offend.

I agree that I misplayed this hand and I don't think you in any way misplayed this particular hand at all.

I am done with 200NL.

One of my worst downswings ever BUYIN wise. I mean seriously I've had 1 twelve and 2 9 buy-in downswings at 100nl and I start playing 200nl on a 8 buy-in downswing.I can't handle the higher amount of money I'm losing either. I am getting a 1500 bonus cleared right now so it will be like I'm starting out almost even I guess..

Wow..the difference between 25k hands at 200NL and 26k at 100NL(had to sort by day so couldn't get them perfectly even)

200NL:

100NL:

-1800 and +1800 respectively between the two(the 100NL was my beginning to last month)

So sick

Prodigy,

A lot of your reads to not mesh with your action. If he thinks you are trying to be tricky and overaggro, raise him bigger! The more draw heavy the board is, the harder it'd be for him to get away from his hand (especially vs. a tricky and overaggressive player).

No offense taken...it was a sincere question, always looking to improve.

Weird thing was I played the exact same hand earlier in that session with another reg, only I had the 88 and he had QQ and the flop was the same with the 89 and a flush draw...if it makes you feel any better I lost my stack as well. Sometimes it's just a firing squad hand.

I'm aware that I've played some hands strangely vs you and other regs,I'm not looking to be too predictable. I would be interested if you do think you've spotted any leaks? Feel free to PM me.

Hope you turn things around soon,I certainly think you're a favourite in the game.

I completely agree with this. I have reads, and I am doing horribly with my actions. I really have to start thinking away from the tables about hands like this, because I put people on hands but I am not doing what I should with the hands. That is why I am moving down and reading all the material I can. Like when I put people on AA and I have it beat, until recently I would still sometimes c-r the turn and I realized "wait a tick, the only way to make me easily fold AA is someone playing a hand that beats me like that!"

I am going to slowdown, re-eval my play, change some things, and hopefully I can return soon.

water; Thank you for the nice comments. I never (hopefully not) meant that you weren't a winning or good player, but only meant to say you have went overboard on plays on some hands vs me, but I understand that is necessary vs regs sometimes. I am starting to doubt that I can even beat 200NL but I will def be back soon.
