Villain is a 24/22 TAG type. I've reraised him some and he's shoved over my cbets whenever I miss.

No Limit Hold'em Ring Game (6 max) , 6 players
Blinds : $1/$2

Stacks:
UTG : $130.80
MP : $329.30
CO : $395
BTN : $207.05
SB : $411.35 (Hero)
BB : $331

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, MP checks, CO folds, BTN raises to $10, Hero raises to $33, BB folds, MP folds, BTN calls ($23).

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($68, 2 players)
Hero bets $44, BTN calls.

Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($156, 2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $130.05 (all-in), Hero calls.

River: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($416.10, 2 players)
Results: (final pot $416.10)
BTN wins $416.10 (+$209.05) with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (Two Pair)
Hero mucks K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (One Pair)

Nice play bud.

Set-over-set in another RR pot and my day is f**ked.

These graphs just piss me off. I never win and I don't play that much differently than any of my regular compeitition.

I mean I think I've proven by my posts in here this summer that I have a solid grasp of how to win and not lose at NL 200.

Right?

All you've proven is that you're competent, which isn't enough to be more than a very marginal winner probably in the games you play. Stop being so naive to think that there is not a big difference in your game than some of the people that actually do win. Seriously you're just hurting yourself with that train of thought.

Aside from preflop being pretty bad postflop is standard.

Ugh, somehow I still want to reply to FGators' posts. I'd label him a troll, except I do believe he has good intentions. Thankfully I manage to suppress the urge just before I start typing into the void, but it's still annoying.

QFT, man. I've started and stopped 3 posts in this vein in the last 10 minutes.

Yeah yeah, I don't really care, I just want to win a freaking RR pot ONE TIME. And I'm so sick of people calling my RR's crazy light and outflopping or out-turning me, especially when I specifically have guys pegged who open way too many hands and call RR's too light and stack off light. Recently I have TJ < T2 , AK < AT , KK < 98o , KK < 43s , JJ < QQ, JJ ties JJ, blech. Ok I'm done ranting.

Something thats happened to me twice this week:

Just sat 2hrs playing with the biggest fish callingstation ever and never hitting a hand. Then this fish proceeds to lose his stack to the biggest nit at the table in one hand.

So frustrating.

Good post, also Fgators small differences between players can have huge affects on winrates. All those small mistakes add up.
