Don't auto-rate yourself BUT ALSO switch off auto-rate for other players too. It will speed up PT 80%+ ftw.

yeah that sucks...i remember one time(like 2 days ago) i just decided to play 6 max....i woke up...the deck was mad at me apparently...so by 2 pm i was -7.5 bi...i went to sleep at 2:30 am +1.5bi! (this is only 2 tabling because my computer is some dukey butter)

i think one leak of mine is always calling 3bets PF. i thought of this fact, that i never fold to 3bets, during this hand. is this a fold or call? i have a feeling a lot of the small losses i have accumulating are from hands like this that could very well be owned PF, call the 3bet, hit an A and then get stacked or face serious aggression that puts me in sticky situations.
