Dear Bison,

I go to a college that is
75% males
20% ugly females
5% good looking females that have boyfriends they picked from the large population of males.

Dear Bison,

Will Duke win the NCAA basketball championship or do you expect them to choke somewhere down the line?

Dear Bison,

I am suffering from the worst outbreak of canker sores in the history of mankind. At first I was extremely puzzled because I had never gotten a canker sore before, but now I don't care because I am pretty sure I am going to die.

I have got about half a dozen of these things all over the insides of my lips, they are each >1 cm in diameter, and they hurt a lot. I have also got about a dozen very tiny ones all over the tip and top of my tongue, they are each ~1 mm in diameter, and they also hurt a lot.

I haven't eaten solid food since Friday.

Until today, my lymph nodes were swollen to about the size of ping pong balls. Fortunately, in the last few hours they have gone down a lot.

I have no health insurance.

What do you think I should do?

Dear Bison,

I am getting rid of my bed in favor of a piece of furniture that would enable me to use my room as more of a living space and possibly an entertaining space. Should I get a sofa-bed, a futon, or a day-bed? Cost is not an issue, as any futon or sofabed I get would be an expensive one as it must be well-built to handle my generous frame.

1. Go see a doctor.
2. Get health insurance.

Until you do those things, there is a product you can buy called "Orabase." It is a paste that will stick to the sore and seal it over. Use it sparingly, a little bit goes a long way, but keep it with you. If you put it on before bedtime, it will promote healing overnight as well.

Oh, and go see a doctor.

are "canker sores" mouth ulcers? If they are, in the UK there's stuff called bonjela that does the same job.

I get mouth ulcers when i'm stressed, having had 13 in one go when my dissertation was being worked on last semester. Ouch. Fortunately i can grin and bear it now.

If canker sores are something different, i apologise for the confusion.

I'm having difficulty impregnating the wife (not due to lack of effort). Approaching the 3rd year of trying.

Aside from outsourcing, any suggestions?

Dear Casper,

See a fertility expert. There are a ton of reasons why couples have trouble conceiving, many of them requiring little more than several thousands of dollars to treat.

Did that. Not a fun experience (surprisingly). Perhaps I'll post the trip report...

My guys are normal, nothing wrong with her either. Doc will be soon prescribing drugs for her.

Any other random thoughts? Food, timing, positions, etc.???

Do it with a cushion under her ass. Once you've come, she needs to stay there, and maybe pull her knees up too, to get gravity really working for your little DCaspers.

PS. My 3 kids, all concieved first time. so no endless shagging on demand I used to be jealous of couples where it took a while to catch, but reading your deal makes me see it differently - three years is a long time, hope it happens soon for you guys.
