wtf? first of all why the [censored] didn't em2 just answer the door, go outside, close door, talk to cops. and, did they seriously [censored] break down his door? i thought they could only do that with a warrant for like narcotics. whatever was reported must of been pretty bad.

this just seems retarded since when i was 17 and had big parties in high school, the cops came 4 times to my house (every time at least 3 cruisers) all i did was just go outside and talk to them and tell them everyone would get a ride home etc. i never got in any trouble, although they did wait on my street like all night in case kids tried to drive drunk.

also, how old is EM2? i guess it makes sense if he isn't 21, but still, they can't enter your house unless you give them permission, or they actually go through the trouble to get a warrant.

LOL @ not answering the door

Send the sober/over 21 year old guy to go talk, tell the cops you'll turn down the music and no one is underage, then the cops just sit outside and make sure no one drives home drunk.

I've been to 50+ house parties where this happened and no one ever got a ticket let alone arrested.
