haha, nah.

this guy makes sites for some of the affils.

Well, that guy will very likely know how to get in touch with the suspect in question... which was the point of this thread... hope it's helpful.

is there any legal recourse for the players? i.e. if enough people chipped in for a lawyer, would a suit hold up in court considering the circumstances? just wondering...

Those who have continued to play after the Empire split will receive full payment for October. I will likely not even make my quota for MGR this month, so those that chose to jump ship will forfeit your payments to cover my obligation to my loyal customers. Any remaining funds will be used to cover website costs, employee payments, and referral bonii.

In short: If you bailed, you're SOL. You know who you are.

I assure you this sucks much more for me than it does for you, however my priority is the small group of people who have decided to see this thing through. We all knew this day would come, and it has been shitty for everyone involved. My apologies to everyone, hopefully you can see where I'm coming from. It's been a hell of a ride.

So, people who left for better games get screwed.

Wow, I know a lot of people happy they signed up through me and not you. Some of us pay the full 30 still.

P.S. About 6 months ago, Buster wished many terrible things upon me. Good to see it's happening to him. Some of us actually make our money PLAYING POKER. Meanwhile, Busterbitch is screwed. Maybe his mommy and Daddy will take him back.

Oh, and to the Mod who edited to this before:

If they have written record of an agreement (exchanged emails, for instance), that is a binding contract. Realistically, the best way to handle the situation is to get everyone together -- especially his money-making players -- and as a group threaten to boycott him entirely if he does not make right.

I'm sure *someone* has his real name contact info, etc. In this business, integrity and trust are everything. If he doesn't make right, I'm rather sure the parties affected can make it rather difficult for him to continue making money as an affiliate.

Just my two cents as an uninvolved party.
