It's just an acceptance that the Chiefs won't be able to stop the Colts' offense. Instead, they're simply hoping to contain the Colts to multiple field goals rather than regular touchdowns.

Yeah, that makes more sense and should have been my first thought. But I can't imagine Edwards actually saying that considering how prideful he is, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Just suprises me.

The Chiefs got lucky. Manning seemed to have an open Clark on that 3rd down play and botched it.
