The latest Reuters report now says that he was arrested on an outstanding Louisiana warrant. But we don't know whether that warrant is related to gambling, solicitation, or something else.

[/ QUOTE ]
Louisiana? Probably failure to pay kickback.

Is it really necessary to withdraw funds at this point?

[/ QUOTE ]
Probably not but I am indifferent to their software and MTTs and will just put money elsewhere that doesnt have a CEO in hot water legally.

Update: You can just connect through Toronto if flying from London to Costa Rica.

Only $550 non-stop from London to Toronto seemed a decent price to me. Perhaps I'll do it!!

Only $760 non-stop Toronto to Costa Rica.

This is for my sorry self who would be flying coach of course...which I'm pretty sure guys like Carruthers would not be doing.

That might not even work as Canada has to give lists of passengers when flying over the US.

Even between toronto and montreal and the flight path cross into the US over lake ontario.

The US has refused permission for flights to cross the border if they find soneone on the watch list, listed as a passeneger. As happended to a holiday maker on the way to mexico.

I'm curious, which aspect of this situation do people suspect might cause Paradise to crumble and freeze our funds? I don't really get it.

I mean I definitely cashed out... but I still don't get it.
