This is an example of me on massive tilt...I am in no way rolled for 600nl as I am just gettin to a br for 100nl. As I said was on massive tilt and down about 200 for the day. Up more than 4 buyins over 600 hands and still have no pots bigger than 80BB. Seems odd. I'm happy and this message is short, so I don't feel bad about breaking the rules.

Default Here\'s a two-fer: same hand, same villain, same result.

Same villain in both hands: 60/20 preflop, 3 aggression postflop, only wins 40% at showdown.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $148.50
CO: $131.50
Pokey: $143.40
SB: $52.55
BB: $372

Pre-flop: (5 players) Pokey is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG raises to $2, CO folds, Pokey raises to $8, 2 folds, UTG calls.

Value bet with the best hand and the best position.

Flop: T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($17.5, 2 players)
UTG checks, Pokey bets $12, UTG calls.

Continuation bet gets called.

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($41.5, 2 players)
UTG checks, Pokey checks.

Well, I already paid for it; I might as well collect my free card.

River: Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($41.5, 2 players)
UTG bets $41.5, Pokey raises all-in $123.4, UTG calls.

Mmmmmm....nice free card. TPTK is the nuts against villain. I push-raise to mimic a bluff raise, and it works -- villain calls.

Results:
Final pot: $288.3
Pokey shows Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG mucks J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Ace kicker = winnar!

Exactly 10 hands later, against the same opponent (UTG+1 now), who is visibly tilted:

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1

Stack sizes:
UTG: $373.40
UTG+1: $100
CO: $130
Pokey: $281.20
SB: $24.50
BB: $60.15

Pre-flop: (6 players) Pokey is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $2, CO folds, Pokey calls, SB calls, BB calls.

Hmmm...this looks familiar. With villain tilting this hard, I'm sure I'm ahead, but I don't want to flip a coin for stacks. I'll cold-call to see a flop.

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($8, 4 players)
SB checks, BB bets $3, UTG+1 raises to $17, Pokey calls, 2 folds.

Oh, this looks EXTREMELY familiar. I smooth-call the bet-and-raise, hoping BB pushes and UTG calls so I can get it all in on the flop. Unfortunately, cold-calling a bet and raise spooks BB, who is NOT currently tilting sideways.

Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($45, 2 players)
UTG+1 checks, Pokey bets $20, UTG+1 raises all-in $81, Pokey calls.

Sadly for UTG+1, my obvious power play did NOT make things clear to him. He checks, I make a scared-looking bet, he check-raises all-in (as expected), and I call, knowing I'm way ahead of his range.

UTG+1 shows T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Pokey shows Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

...and it's not even close.

River: K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($207, 1 player + 1 all-in - Main pot: $207)

Results:
Final pot: $207

Another win for the man with the iron balls. Unfortunately, villain donked off one more buyin (to someone else) and then quit the game to go commit suicide, or sober up, or something.
