Niagara charges rake now at 1/2 NL?

I went yesterday and grabbed a few bully pots and I noticed that I was light a few bucks,since when did they go to the rake instead of time charge? I figured the donktastic tards that play that game won't realize that the house is now grabbing more than a 100 an hour off the table now.......
