Thanks for pointing this out. I have the same problem, I think. I know that I've been feeling uncomfortable in the blinds since moving up to 5/10. I think that a slightly bad run at the beginning of December has made me too passive in these spots. I just looked at my stats and I'm losing slightly more than the OP out of the blinds. Maybe it's time to try out the 1/2 6max to get myself more comfortable in these situations.

Biggest difference I see between your 5/10 stats and mine is position VPIP. On the button and in the cutoff, I'm close to twenty because I like to steal a lot. In the first two positions, it's just over ten.

And my avg VPIP is about 16.5... roughly same as yours.

I'm not sure what you're keeping UTG that I'm tossing... but I like to throw away AJo on down. Obviously my own judgement call, but take a look at your profitability with all the hands you're playing in the first two positions, and I think you could save some money by raising your hand strength standards in those spots.

Conversely, you may want to consider playing and stealing with a few more in the final two positions.

Loosen up a tiny bit preflop, raise a lot more. 8% is far too low.

So what hands would you be adding to get stats up? Or would you increase stealing?

You VPIP is pretty constant. Loosen up more as you position improves.

This is more a general question... I noticed that you only fold the river 10% of the time, and that you only fold on the flop 2% of the time after a pre-flop raise. Is that fairly standard? Do most of the winning players decide on the turn how beat/ahead they are?

It would seem to me that GretasGun is playing a Phil Hellmuth-type recommendation of top few hands only, from any position, in an unraised pot, to the end.

If this is the case, GG should bottle and sell the full system, as it certainly seems to work.

he's playing so tight his hand is going to be best or worth a peel on the flop almost always.
