who is this rule supposed to protect? Is there a way to hustle the BBJ by talking on the phone? If so, every single BBJ that hits in L.A. must be rigged, because we don't have that retarded ass rule here.
We do however have a rule that "only hundreds play" for bills and SUPPOSEDLY that can void the jackpot. (possibly specific to hollywood park) WTF?
