Partypoker Refuses to pay out bonus #2 and #3

I finished playing late last night and emailed them to check to see my raked hand status. Woke up this morning and they said I have completed my raked hands for bonus #2 and played 30 raked hands towards bonus #3. My account will be credited this morning. I love party.

If you think they are borderline unethical, why oh why would you play there. As far as I can see not one single person is being forced to play one single hand at Party. People are playing there because they choose to do so.
For my part - I hope they keep on doing just what they are doing - I love this promotion.

Easily have reached number of raked hands required for 2nd bonus 2 days ago, and I continue to play but yet no second bonus.
Have not played at party much over the years, or participated in their bonus offers, played everywhere else.

I email them saying I have played the 1500 hands for the second bonus and the 2000 hands for the third bonus and I have been waiting 48 hours for my money and they respond:

I'm not sure if this is good news or bad news. I had to be one of the first people to clear the second and third bonuses and many people have somehow been paid ahead of me. What is the deal? I think I will wait longer and play more. lol.

A lot of conflicting info being given out in this thread. FWIW, my understanding has always been that Party raked hand = any hand that was raked while you were active at the table. If that's not the def., I'd like to know.

As far as whether Party is screwing up raked hand counts - I still can't tell whether that's happening or not, based on this thread. If they are, that'd be pretty incompetent, since the whole point of a promotion is to attract and retain customers, not piss them off.

But it is Party, after all.

If they are screwing up, again, I'd like to know.

That some folks seem to think no one should complain about poker sites (or Party, perhaps, in particular) - on a bb dedicated to internet poker sites - is astonishing to me.

Can you please post the specific times you finished your hands for bonus #2, and #3 and also the specific time the bonus was credited to your account. Post the time it was acutally deposited into your account please and not the time you logged on and saw it there.

Here's is the response I got after my second e-mail that I cleared the 2nd bonus. In the first one I stupidly used the exact word "25TO100MARCH" and got a rubber-stamp response explaining the promo. In my next e-mail I said "March 3X bonus," and I told them I though I had cleared #2, what do they think...

So, we suggest you to please continue playing raked hands without worrying about the count. The release of bonus amounts and the raked hand counts would be taken care of by the system.
