Default Notorious online cheat caught colluding in WSOP PLO?

John Persson, aka Striker10/Orion/Cripolli was involved in the following situation:

Sherkhan Farnood has just received a five-hand penalty for collusion.

From pokernews:

~~~In a three-way pot with Istvan Novak and Jon Persson he was the last to act. The action went check-check on the river so Farnood checked also. He turned over the nut flush and there is now a very very big debate going on as to whether that is collusion.
Tony G wants him to have a longer penalty.
Farnood claims he didn't realise what he has.
Persson has one chip.~~~
Anyone have any more details? Farnood was chip leader 6 handed and got 6th. Persson double doubled that 1 chip but busted on final table bubble.
