This is going to become my standard breakfast for summer:

-yogurt
-roasted nuts (this time did walnut with a little brown sugar)
-sauteed peaches
-maybe some cereal

sauteed peaches are SO effing good. And a good way to use em when not ripe.

Dude you need to look into home made granola. Good Eats recipe is good. Put on some nice yogurt and it's the food of the gods.

I bought some yogurt (plain, vanilla flavored is gross, put a drop of vanilla and some honey if you want vanilla yogurt tastes so much better) and granolla for a good fast breakfast. But now I feel like a bitch for not making my own. Sauteed peaches does sound really good though. I just had my produce class for the first time today and we went over all the produce and how the market works, pretty interesting stuff.

mason tomatoes or redpepper in teh mango salsa? If its tomatoes I normally dont put them in mango salsa, the flavors dont really flow that well together imo. Instead I like to throw some black beans in there, the protein texture and mellow low taste contrasts nicely with the sweetness of the mango.

if its red peppers then thats interesting, Ill have to give it a try.
