You didn't say everyone who worked there would become the CEO.

You did say it was a dead end job, there was no way to excel, and no one would notice if you tried.

Your question asking what percentage of all employees went on to ownership or management was irrelevant because the fact that some do in itself proves that even working at McD's can be an opportunity for someone willing to excel.
