She played it perfect according to the FToP. She bets flop knowing he will call with 2nd pair. She knows he will fold to a 2nd barrell on the turn with 3rd pair. And she knows he probably won't pay off a river value bet with her conservative image. So she simply shows down to enhance her future bluffing equity. All of this flashed through her head in nano-seconds, which is why she insta-checked river.
