[ QUOTE ]
i still think Brady has done the most with the least amount of talent around him. manning has had the pleasure of working with all pro receivers and backs compared to brady who has a bunch of nobodies usually. [/ QUOTE ] By least talent around him you must mean offensive only. This line of thought gives Brady all the credit of having less than stellar WRs but somehow Manning still takes the grief for having a subpar Def for several years. Had the Ravens kept Dilfer and the defense won them 3 titles, would he be an all time great QB? |

When he said Brady had done more with less, I don't think he was referring to yardage and TDs. |

Peyton is a great QB and is lucky that he was drafted by a organization that did such a solid job in terms of aquiring and keeping talent and building around him.
If Peyton is drafted by the Cardinals...no one mentions his name 20 years from now. |

Outside of one fluke year with Jim Harbaugh they had never won a playoff game since coming to Indy. |

Brady isn't > Peyton career wise but on a team riddled with injuries...a sub par set of WRs and in crappy weather...I sure don't want Peyton over Brady going into the 4th quarter. |

If Peyton is drafted by the Cardinals...no one mentions his name 20 years from now. [/ QUOTE ] i totally agree, the colts definitely did a great job in building around the offense around Peyton. But I still see him among the greats even if he does not win a ring, even though IMO he should have at least 2 by now, but Peyton has the TD record for a single season, and is on pace to break many more records in terms of offensive production. Yes Brady has 3 rings but his defense was stellar and he just got put into a system that worked. Granted he is great talent, with a great arm and body for QB i just see Brady as more overrated then anything. But to get back to my point that Peyton should still be up with the greats when it is all said and done with even if he were to not win a Super Bowl because Marino is listed as great and only made it to the Super Bowl once and that was in his first year, never took them back again after that, and Marino is recognized as one of the greatest of all time. So even if Peyton were to not win a Championship he will still be labeled as one of the best ever. |

Just like Brady isn't the reason NE won 3 superbowls. He was a huge factor but A someone had to choose him as their QBB someone had to aquire WR's,Te's,Olinemen, a offensive cordinator who would realize what he had in Peyton and build the perfect system around him and his talent.Anyone that thinks Peyton becomes an all time great QB regardless of what team he is drafted by/plays for his smoking some seriously strong weed. |

Helllllllo he won a Super Bowl. Has Peyton won a Super Bowl? Hell no, but Trent has. It goes Brady>>>Trent>Manning. I think that should be obvious. Cody |
