It is for this reason you are not getting the option of free entry when you are trying to register for the tournament. As per the standard procedures we follow, the tournament went on smoothly until completion hence, we will not be able to make a refund in this case. However, as a special consideration I have added $50 to your account. Please understand that this is the maximum favor we could do at this point in time as you were been contacting us from the time you had won the entry. [/ QUOTE ] this is them admitting that it was their fault. keep badgering them with copies of the email where they said that it was ok to trasnfer you entry to the following week. maybe nothing more will come out of it, but it cant hurt to keep trying. |

keep badgering. be confident and persistent, and to a certain extent, an obnoxious prick. your last e-mail to them was SUPER submissive. if i got someone sending an e-mail like that to me i'd send them a couple dumb e-mails too, see if i can't screw 'em out of a couple of dollars.
