looks like emailing [email protected] is the key. after getting rebuffed by vip, i sent to the bonus address and got the same as others:

Yee-haw...200 free for me [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] The 100 one they said they would put in my acct is already there and I need to deposit for the IGM soon...

Party support responded very quickly and were very polite...I think they really proved their support itsn't that bad after all to me atleast.

I deposited $600 and did not get a bonus so phoned support and after multiple expanations about bonus no longer working I was able to get the contact person to talk to a supervisor and I got $75 at 5x. I believe this was because I play qhite a few hundred hands each day at $2/4. 800-1000

i got the same thing about the igmpay bonus, but i am pretty sure that is only if you have never used igm before? am i mistaken? i guess i can just deposit and try it.
