I can't believe you morons have the UFC champ beating he crocodile. Get a grip. Newsflash: putting a crocodile in your guard is not a good idea.

Tiger vs Hippo is closer but I say tiger - a hippo is fast but a tiger is much more agile. People are saying the tiger has to get close enough to be bitten/pancaked by the hippo, but tigers kill animals by attacking them from behind and biting their necks. I think the tiger will eventually be able to accomplish this on a hippo (clearly an elephant is too big). Rhino/lion is too close to call so I went with lion because I like cats. Elephant/grizzly is a no-contest for the elephant.

So my picks:

Tiger
Lion
Crocodile
Elephant

Not sure exactly how the semis would pan out, but clearly elephant wins the tournament.

A tiger would stand no chance against a determined Hippo.

no elephant rifles are allowed are they.

I'll take 10000 5 year-olds with knives over all of them.

They hippo comes out out of the water at night to feed.

He may worry about a pack of lions, but one tiger is toast.

big tigers are like 300-400 lbs, big hippos are 7,000 pounds. the tiger has no chance. It's like a 175 lb guy verses a house cat...sure the cat has sharp teeth and claws...but...

ok the human loses, and the larger varieties are the australian slats i believe
the elephant wins easily (average elephant weighs ten times the largest grizzly), and its skin is far too thick
hippos run 25 mph on land i think the hippo wins on size advantage fairly easily. although there is a very slight chance tiger could pull off an upset.
rhino crushes.

that speed for the rino is charging speed- straight ahead only. They have terrible eyesight and cannont manuvere at all.
I am stil voting rino, but because lions don't tackly them in the wild even when their whole pride is around.
