Ok guys, I need some help. Here is my situation. I currently have attack of 7, so I dont get much out of all of the bases with low forts. I have only received more than 10 cents out of bases with no fortification once. The most I have made in one day hitting bases that I know had high forts and were active was $48. The problem is that these bases dont always have that kind of money. I just happened to hit on a day when they did.
The problem is that to upgrade my fortification, I need $69.95. This wouldnt be so bad as I can generally make somewhere around $20 on a normal day hitting the bases that I know have money and then using the rest of my moves to map. BUT, I am getting hit on a daily basis by 4 people. So here is what Im asking. If I could get a list of bases that have fort 4 - 6 I am going to try and make a run at them and try to make $69 in my 600 moves and then again when they reset. I probably wont do this until the weekend because this week is a busy one for me, so that would give me a few days to get a decent list. I would appreciate any help I could get.

7 Members currently under 4 upgrades...
I only disbanded 4 of the 7 people with less than 4 upgrades. Two of them had just joined the alliance in the last 5 days and have not had time to upgrade imo. And the other person I left in has 3 upgrades and has upgraded in the last 3 days. So I know they are active and trying to upgrade. I will let them have one more week or so to get the fourth upgrade. Anyone that has been disbanded can reapply if they decide to start playing again in the future. And if you feel I have messed up and disbanded you in error just reapply. Only goal here is to keep active players in the alliance so we can work together more effectively.

Alright. I have attack 2 (I upgraded too soon, I know). Am I screwed? I can't seem to get $19.95 in one day to upgrade my fort or security. I run around and get about $8-10 from the mountains and fort 0 and 1's. Every day/night I am pillaged.
Sorry to vent, but I must be missing some subtle strategy point. Also, has anyone noticed that 75% of the bases have $0.00? I have been attacking like a madman, but get nothing most of the time.
