Jerome,

Bulletin boards are about sharing knowledge... Pm'ing answers isn't really the thing.

For anyone who needs to know: Tools/Internet Options/Privacy tab/Settings button

jerome was PM'ing me about another issue. i have not checked my PM's, so this was just him communicating because i have been a donk.

regarding this advice, i have been there done that. the radio box is not checked, yet it is blocking pop-ups.

nc boiler, yes i want pop-ups. there are several sites that i need it, and also need it because i can't launch new email from outlook as it is blocking the email box from opening.

It wasn't really necessary to state those things .

Besides IE, you could have something else blocking the popups like your firewall or google toolbar or an anti-spyware program, so you need to check those.

good post bluff.

what other addons are you running? Virus or firewall? I turned off the IE pop up blocker easily. but had to turn off the google toolbar blocker also, so I just use my ISP provided blocker which has an icon in the corner of the toolbar.
