Default WinSD field

Win SD is 0 for all players on all tables that SS displays. Why?

I am using PT aggregator and have imported all the PTracker database I am interested in using.

This is probably a bug, I'll look into it, thanks.

I get the following message:
"NumStatbyGameType: Type mismatch for field 'game_type', expecting WideMemo actual: WideString." Whenever I request a report from PT Aggregator.

This is a known bug. For some reason, on *some* people's machines it gives this error, and for others it doesn't. I'm still trying to figure out why. Thanks though.

A screen that would show me where my buddies are that have blocked themselves from pp search would be worth something to me. Not sure how much all the analysis of all the players in my db would add to the utility.

Cool -- I think the "free 15-day trial" is a little misleading...since the user has to purchase it first (and then cancel w/in 15 days). Doesn't matter to me, I'm buying it either way, just thought you should clarify what "trial extension" means.

Also, the only thing stopping me from buying it for more than 1 month at a time is a question over what would happen if Party decides at some point that SS is prohibited...or changes their interface to make SS unuseable (until you figure out a workaround)...or what if this legislation blows everything to smitherines...what's your policy on potential "acts of poker gods" like this?

Also, I'm confused, even if I only selected the 1-month billing cycle, is it going to automatically bill me each month until I cancel??

Lastly, I just paid, but I think some people are going to be wary of clicking the Paypal link on your pokermgr page, what with all the phishing scams going on...might want to rething just how users are able to pay you. i rarely go to paypal / neteller without typing the URL in directly...i trust you guys so i made an exception this time, but just something to think about.

OH, IMPORTANT: I want to be able to use SS on both my laptop and desktop...I don't have to purchase 2 separate subscriptions do i??

EDIT: It's been 12 mins now and still no billing info when i press refresh in the manage subscriptions window...just how long til it shows up? it still says 3-day trial...

It is really free. You do have to sign up, but PayPal does not charge you at all until the 15th day. If you cancel before then you are never charged.

We would refund for "Acts of God" (legislation, PP bans us, etc). However, the refund rate would be pro-rated for the discount you could get for that length. If you signed up for 1 year, and it all goes bust 8 months from now, we'd refund you the total minus one 6-month sub and two 1-month subs. Hope that made sense.

Yes, it will automatically bill you each month unless you cancel it.

This is the one case where you can feel very safe. Why would we steal from you when you are about to pay us?

That's fine, as long as its not at the same time which would trigger our fraud detection. If both are on the same IP I think it'll be fine.

Sorry, a hiccup in the system. I need to get it to matchup emails when the payee differs from the original SS login.

Thanks again Teddy!

Tried to e-mail [email protected] ....and got the following....

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at host538.ipowerweb.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<[email protected]>:
vdeliver: Invalid or unknown virtual user 'sales'

This does not look very reliable and trusting.

Perhaps its time to get administration, support and other issues sorted before you start counting the cash...

Btw - how long does it take before my payment at SWREG is registered so that my subscription starts?

Sorry, the ISP hasn't setup the email account on their end. I still get the messages though because I'm cc'ed on them.

Your account is setup now. SWREG requires me to process the email which takes a few minutes currently.

The problem with the pricing is not that it really is unreasonable (because it isnt considering what one gets), but for this kind of software its unreasonable.
You are good and way ahead of everything out therer at THIS moment but you also know how quickly the market adapts, betters and copies products like these...

You will probably find that it is only a matter of time before somebody else copies or makes something very similar but with a pricing a lot lower...and where will you be then?

Hopefully you increase the level of your product all the time so that you are consistently ahead of everyone else but you might find that a problem...

My prediction is that you will maximum be able to get $100 for a LIFE subscription in a years time...

Think of PT...and HUD...
And remember IBM and the Microsoft debacle...

You guys are good but to think that your product is so unique that you can price it at about a zillion times as much as PT is...like thinking you can have a 10BB/100 winrate at any table in the world for the rest of your life....

But congrats on a good product!

P.S None of you have done much market analysis or econ I gather...

I'd like it if you could put the different limits I'm interested in on different tabs. Like firefox tabs. So I could pick out my 600 tables, then my 400 tables, etc...

It's very jumbled together right now. (Still good though)
