Black winter, if I have 4 accounts with different birthdays they will figure it out soon. Then i'm screwed, based on previous experiences I know, it's best to be honest.

So isn't this exactly what happened? You admitted to multiple accounts, some with fake info, and now you are screwed? Sounds like you set yourself up for this.

That sucks man. UB is terrible in the customer service department, and you told them your situation beforehand and they allowed you to deposit, I think that is shady on their part. As I recommend to everyone, play at stars, the support is good, the games are good, and they are the most reputable site out there. Hope you get your money back. -Mike

Tough one. I feel bad for this thread, because I predict you will have to deal with lots of stupid responses concerning the fact you used to play underage.

To me it looks like the answers the CS rep originally gave you were just kinda auto generated, like she really wasnt reading or understanding your question/concern.

Hopefully it works out for you, its only been a couple days so maybe it will. Id stay on their asses tho, keep us updated.

You should change your post title to:
"Ultimate Bet is in the process of potentially stealing $21000 from me"

As for the AA hand Vs. the AT - that sounds really awesome! How big was the guy's stack you
took on that 1 hand?
Talk about a beat!

I don't think it's premature and I think it's good you'r posting this.

They shouldn't lock up accounts with no information at all. The least they could do is to send an email explaining the situation and how long it may take, and that you have nothing to worry about if your conscience is clean.

It's good that you'r spreading the word that their customer service is this poor. It should fall back on them.

Dear "ITILTEZ" ,

Your account has been frozen while we research your gameplay. We have noticed that quite a few players that played and lost to you have used stolen credit cards to deposit.

When this happens, all gameplay must be closely viewed for signs of chip dumping. Should no evidence of wrongdoing be found, your account will be reinstated in full.

We thank you for your continued patience while we finish our research.

Sincerely,

Emma

Good to get some explenation finally. I hope they have some good tools to separate chip dumping and me just playing my normal game assuming I play against fishes.

'several' players at mid/high on UB were using stolen CC's?
