Default 109 speed at Party: Blatant Cheating (Chip Passing)?!

If enough people agree that these two players are cheating, I'll be happy to share the handles and report to Party Poker.

PartyPoker Speed Tournament, Big Blind is t (10 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

UTG (t2000)
UTG+1 (t1960)
MP1 (t2000)
MP2 (t2000)
MP3 (t2000)
CO+1 (t2000)
CO (t2000)
Button (t1980)
SB (t2100)
Hero (t1960)

Preflop: Hero is in BB with 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
<font color="gray">UTG folds</font>, <font color="gray">UTG+1 folds</font>, MP1 calls t40, <font color="gray">MP2 folds</font>, <font color="gray">MP3 folds</font>, <font color="gray">CO+1 folds</font>, <font color="red">CO raises to t120</font>, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, <font color="gray">SB folds</font>, <font color="gray">Hero folds</font>, MP1 calls t80

Flop: (t240) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 checks, <font color="red">CO bets t200</font>, MP1 calls t200

Turn: (t640) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 checks, <font color="red">CO bets t1680</font>, MP1 calls t1680

River: (t4000) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

So you all know what they had, CO had A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] and MP1 had K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. That's right... MP1 called for all his chips with no draws and K high.

You should be happy. Your $EV went up from 9.82% to 9.83%, even though you lost 40 chips.
If they want to pay $218 to enter a $109 tournament, they are welcome IMO.

Well, if they were, they're the worst cheaters in history. Doubling up in round one far from guarantees making the money. K9 gave value to entire table.

Edit: I'm no mathmagician like a lot of people who post, but since he donated his buyin, he basically paid the rake for the whole table, less the small extra benefit his opponent got. Sounds good to me.

Well if you had seen this at a 6$ or 11$ SNG you would be thinking of cheating, and well ... some donks have more money than others

I've had players I've never seen before make calls like that when I push. I hope nobody turns me in for cheating.

I just make a note "calls all-in on a bluff" and hope to see him again before he loses all his money.

def. NOT cheating. There is absoutly no proof of this. I have seen worse plays at the 109's before.

Even if you did consider this cheating, you should be happy. It knocks 1 player out in the first level. This is +EV for the good players

Mistype, would should say wouldn't ... and yes .. Very standard .. Donk chasing a flushdraw and in the end telling himself that a busted king high draw is better than whatever you been bluffing with (or something) ... really really sad (allthough lately those donks have been runner runner rivering everything against me .. *Shaking my head*)
