Default ReduceTheRake Players What to do now?

Whatever the arguments are about how much we should get paid for Feb, how it should have been worked out, and if our affiliate is a good guy or not.
I think a more important point is what are we going to do from now on?
I read an old post where it said RTR had over 400 players at the site we have all lost our RB at. I'm sure this number increased a great deal before the trackers finally got closed down.
With this many players floating about many of whom are high volume I think we have a fair amount of negotiating power if we worked together to get new deals.

If you are a RTR player please take part in the poll and post your comments to get a good discussion going about how we go forward. If you’re not a RTR player then please do not skew the results by voting. (I've made the poll visible to all so non RTR players don't vote just to see the results)

"Stop playing on that site"

This was the other problem I had in dealing with RTR. I offered to work something out long term, even offered to take a good deal less % until things settled---he wasn't interested.

But, when I mentioned that I would close the account, he went 'Huh?' and suddenly was all concerned. I was naive to believe his original promises, and I should have done better research, live and learn, but I'm not going to just continue to play and generate income for RTR for free.

In the immediate future I will be closing my account.

In the long term? I don't know. I guess I'll wait as long as Party deems necessary and then open a new account - using better judgement before selecting a rewards program or affiliate of course.

"Join together to get a great group deal with a new affiliate"

WTF ?

Let me get this straight. Your affiliate got shut down for giving rakeback. Some of you actually think that a "group" of you (his players) moving to a different affiliate is going to get you a great deal ?

Yah . . . I'm sure that won't raise any red flags . . .

Isn't party completely cutting reducetherake's payments? How does continuing to play on an account signed up under them give them anything?
