Partypoker Refuses to pay out bonus #2 and #3

Just a warning to everybody but party has basically refused to pay out this next phases of the march bonuses. I've send tons of emails to thier support (10+) and even though I have done several hundred hands over the limit to get the second bonus and waited over 24 hours for it after finishing, I have gotten nothing. Don't expect to ever get your money

Facts:

-partypoints have updated and I've done over 252 from NL play during sat/sunday, (first bonus was clearled friday) cooorespoding to at least 1260+ raked hands, needed for a 1125 raked bonus

-party said i did 1350+ raked over sat/sunday yesterday, but as of an email today they said i only did about 550 total for the second bonus

somebody is lying and i'm expecting to never get my money. its actually shocking party would be stiffing its customers on this. i expect party to be completely incompetent with most things, but i didn't expect them to steal

If you are having similair experiences, please describe them and is somebody here has found out how to get party to payout bonus#2/#3, please share it with this forum.

I sent this email to Party last night:

I made a $500 deposit yesterday. I played 1000 raked hands to earn the first $100 of this bonus:

I was told by your customer service that as soon as I play 1500 more raked hands I would get the next $100 automatically, and there was no way for me to track this through your site. Also I was told that as soon as I play 2000 more raked hands after earning the second bonus (by March 17) that money would also automatically go into my account.

I have played 2110 more raked hands since I got the first bonus for a total of 3110 raked hands since my deposit. I have not received my next $100 bonus. It should have been there after 1500 more raked hands (2500 total raked hands). Please put this money in my account. Also I should have 610 raked hands counted towards my 3rd bonus.

They put the 2nd bonus in my account this afternoon, but they have not yet replied to my email. Based on previous experience with Party's customer service, I probably wont receive a reply and I may or may not get the 3rd bonus if I play the required hands.

Roughly 15 - 20 hours after playing enough hands to qualify for it.

So I email party about the 2nd bonus that I think I have cleared by a wide margain already. I get this response:

"I see from our records that for the 2nd stage bonus you have already played the required amount of raked hands and the bonus amount for the same would be added by the end of the day i.e., by 13-03-2006."

13th comes and goes, no bonus. So I email again, only to get this response:

"I would like to inform you that you have not completed playing raked hands for the second bonus. "

Fantastic! So I dropped the PS bomb and waiting for their response. BS. Does nobody have a count of these mysterious raked hands? Is it that tough?

I have had same problem. I cleared bonus #1.
Since they do not show progress towards 2nd bonus, I used poker tracker to ensure that I was 10%+ over the number of additional raked hands required for the 2nd bonus. They have not given me the 2nd bonus yet. When I inquired they said. " we cannot track the number of raked hands that you have towards your 2nd bonus, the bonus will be released when you reach the number of raked hands."
This promotion reduces my trust in party. My next step is to email them my hand histories proving i have reached the bonus. I do not think it will do any good though.

Easily have reached number of raked hands required for 2nd bonus 2 days ago, and I continue to play but yet no second bonus.
Have not played at party much over the years, or participated in their bonus offers, played everywhere else.
