Best sports book on the strip for an NFL Sunday

I'm looking for advice on where to spend a full Sunday playing NFL games, drinking ect....

Do most of the books use drink tickets? I was at the V playing horses last summer and the waitress asked for drink tickets. I hadn't run into this since the last time I was at the Stardust.

Mandalay Bay is quite big and plush. Plus cocktail waitresses very easy on the eyes.
