Down 19k in 2days, feelin sick

Sickest thing is probably 15k was from beats, 4k from stupidness (tilt). mostly lost at 5/10. Feelin sick, what do you do after losin your roll for the billionth time. Luckily I been cashin out weekly, so Ive got funds saved but 19k just kills me. I know playin very under rolled for 5/10 NL. Damn amazing how fast it can go. I've experienced going busto many times, this is the biggest roll ive ever lost. I always feel humbled and pretty low after losing a roll, realizing I gota be playin lower stakes. But its too late the beats have killed it. To anybody whos experienced this kinda slaughter, how do you cope with this chit.
