Default New to NL, how do you think I played this hand?

I don't played a lot of NL cash, please let me know if I should have played this differently.

The game is $200 min $600 max with blinds of $3/$5 at Potowatami in Milwuakee. I start the hand with about $480, villian has at least $1,000.

Villian straddles for $10 UTG. All fold to me in the Cutoff. I make it $50 to go with A-Ko. All fold to the villian who calls.

The flop comes A87, but all spades. I don't have any spades. He checks, I bet $60, he raises $100. I called. I figured I would push if a spade doesn't hit the turn. A blank comes on the turn and he pushes all-in first. I still think he's just on a spade draw so I call for my last $250 or so. He turns over a J-10 with 1 spade. He's got a gutshot straight draw and a 10 high spade draw. It looks like I was a 72% favorite on the turn. He hits a spade on the river if you haven't guessed.

Did I bet too much pre-flop?
Should I have folded after the check-raise?
Should I have moved all-in after the check-raise?
Should I fold after he move all-in on the turn, even if I think I have a pretty good read on what he has?
