Help for live MTT

There's only one monthly tournament at my city. I try to play every time I can to adquire live experience. Still working on my online skills and improving steadily (micro range for now until building up).

My problem is that I'm having trouble adjusting to the structure:

- Buy-in $10
- 100 chips to start
- 10 min. levels (sometimes 15) with approx. 6-9 hands/hr.
- Blinds go 1/2, 2/4, 4/8, 6/12, etc.
- Field is usually 60 - 100 players
- Top 5 get the money

Tables are filled with a mix of limpers/stations and very loose players.

Please advise on the best strategy. What changes are necessary for the same structure with rebuy for the first 2 hours (no addon).
