Villain is a 20/16 TAG, haven't played many hands with him. Haven't seen him 3-bet much.
Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter) SB: $48.50 BB: $52.25 <font color="black">Hero (UTG): $50.75</font> MP: $54.55 CO: $173.64 BTN: $47.24 <font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players) <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.00</font>, <font color="red">MP raises to $6.00</font>, 4 folds, Hero calls $4.00 <font color="black">Flop:</font> ($12.75) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players) Hero ... I might c/r if I knew a bit more about the villian, but I might just float him here if he c-bets and see what comes on the turn where I might get aggressive.

yeah i think i check call is good under the circumstances. keeps the pot under control against an unknown tag. If hes c/betting with AK he'll most likely slow down on the turn if a blank hits.

OOP you're going to want to keep this pot as small as possible. c/c

c/c flop doesnt mean give up on the turn its just betting out doesnt do you much good, if your raised thats gross! or he folds a hand like AK which you would rather he bets so you get some value here.
I dont hate c/r but youre only folding out his bluffs and never a better hand IMO. |
