I am only just starting with PLO8 so take this with a pinch of salt but,
I raise pf. I pot flop. I think that the rest is fine. If I had a (better) high hand to go along with my low draw + flush draw, I might check that turn. |

Limp preflop is fine - A227 is a pretty bad hand, and the double suiting is mostly glitter and mascara. Queen pretty ain't so pretty when you go downtown. Etc.
Flop bet is fine. I wouldn't bet the turn. Not enough in the pot to justify an escalation. And you have an OK money maker on a favorable river. |

Raising preflop is overambitious - like Phil says, A227 is not that great a hand.
I don't like the turn bet. The way this played out you don't seem to have turned out to have been up against a FH (since you didn't get raised) *and* you got two callers, so it may have worked out equitywise. More usually though I would expect that you get one caller (at which point putting in more money with your 40something pot equity is not to your advantage) or else you get raised by someone who just made their FH, in which case you have to fold. I would like the turn bet more if you had already managed to get HU after the flop betting; at least then I think the chance of taking down the pot on the turn would justify the bet. Anyway - as played, and depending on your read of your opponents, I think you should have gritted your teeth and bet the river. You're very unlikely to win here with what you have, but unless opponents are very passive no one made a FH on the turn - you, on the other hand, have been betting each street as if you have it, so a bluff should be credible. Of course if your credibility is already at a low ebb due to too much betting, or if your opponents are calling stations, you shouldn't try this. |

Dont bet the turn when the board pairs, just check/call a medium size bet.
If the turn doesnt pair the board, then go ahead and bet the pot. |
