Villian is 42/8/2.0 after 80 Hands. I also have a notion that he was tight Post Flop in a few prior hands.

Dispite my cowboys, because of my read, I'm gunshy here. Why did he call the Flop bet? With OverPair and Flush draw should I push? Was the Turn check bad? The only thing I see beating which he calls with is AQ. I see lots more hands where I'm toast. If I Push and he has me, I curse myself for not heeding my read. If I Check/Call down and lose, I curse myself for fishily paying off his value bets. If I fold I feel nitish and dirty. My emotions are at war with themselves. HELP!!! (Don't go broke with a pair? Wait for better spot?) |

I would push. Check might have been bad, but even if I bet the turn I still push over top of his reraise.

Even if villian is tightish post flop his range is pretty large. He would certinaly do this with KdQ, any AQ. Plus, he bet half pot. I call and if not diamond put out a value bet on the river.

As played i call. But i'd still bet 2/3 pot the turn because he could be just as scared of the flush as you are. If he raises, then it's an easy fold.

i typically bet/fold the turn. checking puts you in an awkward spot both on turn and river. i probably call and either block river or check again.

[/ QUOTE ] Doesn't make sense. OP has Kd. Call turn and either check/call check/fold river if you don't improve. This could even be a straight that came in, there are plenty of draws. If you hit diamond, I still probably check. |
